We‘ll be riding without Youssef this week on this mostly flat Super B ride, with less than 2,500 ft of ascent, heading West on familiar roads to Triple Fresh Market by way of Doe Run Village & The Whip Tavern. Focus remains on riding safely and cohesively as a group in order to keep regrouping at a minimum while evenly sharing the workload.

Forecast keeps shifting, but morning should be dry. Shorter route with some climbing at a slower "social" pace.
I still have winter legs and winter fitness. Didn‘t have a lot of success keeping up with Mike K last week, so I‘ll post something that I can complete. Distance should be 40ish plus or minus. No drops. We‘ll stick together but expect the the speed to be 14-14.5. Cue sheet to follow.

I haven‘t been to Cochranville in a while (or really anywhere) so this will be fun unless it rains in which case we will repost for Wednesday. As always, everyone‘s job to keep the group together to stay safe, make it easier for cars to pass, and minimize regrouping. We’ll likely come in at the mid to upper range of the pace but we‘ll always keep everyone together and having fun as a priority. Bad jokes are welcome. Ride leaves from Stroud at 8:45. I leave remotely so don‘t worry if I‘m not there earlier than 8:45. No bathrooms at Stroud. XO

A purposely hilly ride to the west.
Should be cool to start, little wind, mostly sunny - time to enjoy... Note the 8:30AM start. Work together to stay together as always and expect us to be a bit slower than usual as we enjoy ourselves.
Heading southwest to Landenberg by way of Delaware on a 55 mile course with approximately 2,800 ft of ascent. Weather permitting, this one is supposed to be a beautiful 54 mile ride to Daleville with rest stop at the Turkey Hill in Cochranville. Note 8:30am start Time. Focus on riding safely & cohesively as a group while evenly sharing workload. Rain/wet roads will cancel this ride.
Hoping the weather allows us to actually ride. If things stay, we can expect low winds, just under 60 degrees but moist... I‘ll cancel by 7:00AM if needed. Note the 8:30AM start. Work together to stay together as always and expect us to be a bit slower than usual as we enjoy ourselves.
Tough weather call. I think it‘s 50/50 that we‘d encounter rain, which is too high for me. Try again next week.

All club Gravel ride Weekend in Loudoun County 5/31-6/2
Loudoun County Va. is a magical place only 3 hours from West Chester.... Imagine Chester County but the majority of the roads are unpaved, with little to no traffic. Large equestrian farms are the foundation of the landscape with tree lined gravel roads.
This all-club weekend will have guided rides for all levels (C, B-, B, A).
Each of the start locations will have post-ride lunch spots including one good ol’ southern BBQ.
