Loudoun Gravel, North to Lovettsville, 42 or 47 miles
A scenic trip north on lovely gravel roads with a couple of sections on the iconic WO&D trail that runs 45 miles from DC to Purcellville. There's an out and back section to the Point of Rocks on the Potomac that can be skipped if desired. Refueling stop at mile 30 in Lovettsville. We have a choice between a 7-Eleven or the eclectic Back Street Brews coffee shop. Expect a 65-35 gravel to tarmac split.
