Been off the bike for a while? As I did last Spring, I'll run a series of rides (4 to 6 to ??) to help get us back in riding shape. Over the next several weeks, we'll ramp up from low B to B+ in effort level. In the process, we'll also be ramping up or group riding skills. Ride #1 is a simple route without any significant climbs. It's designed to shake the cobwebs off your legs, get to know other riders, ride single file (no pacelining yet), and expect a group pace under 15 mph.
