ThNR, B+, 30 Miles - 5:30pm Start (Shanna subbing for Youssef)
Weekly training ride. 30 Miles at an easy and steady B+ pace with heavy focus on riding safely and cohesively as a group to keep regrouping is never needed. Rain and/or wet roads will cancel the ride.
